Lyon College was founded in the year 1872. It has been thus, providing quality education for over a period of 100 years. The religious affiliation of the college is Presbyterian. The Grigsby House, Arkansas, the Kresge Gallery and the Regional Studies Center forms an integral network of efficient educational system. Art exhibits and manifestos, historical specimens, as displayed in these study centers and galleries, imparts profound practical knowledge to the students.
Computer resources are adequate and ample. A total of 110 computers are provided to the students who opt for computer facility. The Computer Center is of great use to the students.
